First time clients save $15 on first individual session. For repeat clients, ask about our loyalty program.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted 24 hrs in advance of your appointment. Please remember that this time slot is reserved for you and if you are unable to make it this appointment time will remain unbooked. We are happy to rebook you for another time with proper notice. If we do not get a cancellation by phone, text or email then we have the right to request payment for future sessions at time of booking. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appoint to be sure we have adequate time to start your appointment at your booked time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will consider your appointment canceled. In order for you to get the most from your session, it only makes sense to reschedule for a future time as we typically have other clients booked after your session. We will do our best to reschedule you the same day but can't anticipate our availability.
